• “User” or “You”: Any person or entity that accesses or uses the Site or Services.

• “Services”: All products, features, applications, and tools provided by WeCloud.Ai, including BotCoin.Ai, AI LifeOS, and related AI-powered offerings.

• “Account”: An online profile created by a User to access certain features of our Services.
• “Input”: Any data, information, or material that you provide to our Services.

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:

• Account Creation: To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an Account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and update such information as necessary.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of security.

• Ownership: WeCloud.Ai and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services and all Content provided through the Services.
• User-Generated Content: You retain ownership of any Input you provide; however, by submitting Input, you grant WeCloud.Ai a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such Input solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.
• Output Ownership: Subject to applicable law, you own the Output generated by the Services based on your Input. Notwithstanding the foregoing, due to the nature of AI, similar or identical Output may be generated for different users.

• License Grant: We grant you a limited, revocable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any rights to the underlying technology or proprietary software beyond what is expressly provided herein.
• Data Use: We may collect and use anonymized and aggregated data from your interactions with the Services for analytics, performance improvement, and to enhance our AI models. For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
• Third-Party Components: Our Services may incorporate third-party software or services. Use of such components is subject to the third party’s own terms and policies, which you must review and agree to.

• Billing: If you purchase a subscription or any paid Services, you agree to provide complete and accurate billing information. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis in accordance with the subscription plan selected.
• Fees and Taxes: All fees are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for paying. We reserve the right to change fees, provided that you receive at least 30 days’ notice before any fee increases take effect.
• Refunds: Payments are non-refundable, except as required by law or as otherwise expressly stated in a separate agreement.

• The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You acknowledge that Output generated by AI may be inaccurate or incomplete.

• In no event shall WeCloud.Ai or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.
• Our aggregate liability for any claims shall not exceed the greater of the amount paid by you for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim or $100.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WeCloud.Ai, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms.
• Your use of the Services.
• Your violation of any third-party rights or applicable law.

• Termination by You: You may terminate your use of the Services at any time by discontinuing use and closing your Account.
• Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion if you breach these Terms or if required by law.
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease, and you must cease all use of the Services.

• Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
• Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
